Skills and Experience
1-3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Proficient in cold calling and cold emailing to engage with target prospects.
Confidence in conducting initial calls to discuss agency offerings and understand client needs.
Willingness to learn and grow, actively seeking opportunities to progress within the organisation.
Strong integrity, honesty, and a relentlessly positive attitude that inspires confidence in clients.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and market dynamics.
Comfortable working towards and meeting clear KPIs and sales targets.
Familiarity with using pipeline management systems, such as HubSpot, to manage and track sales activities.
About the Role:
You will collaborate with the Head of Sales and work closely with them to support key initiatives and relationships to drive business growth. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively reaching out to target prospects, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This is a part time role, offering you the opportunity to choose to work 3 full days per week or to flex your hours.
